Our fleet consists exclusively of premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles: the S-Class for executive travel (1 suitcase + 1 carry-on), the E-Class for business transfers (2 suitcases + 1 carry-on), and the V-Class for group transportation up to 7 passengers (4 suitcases + 4 carry-ons). All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, fully insured, and equipped with amenities including Wi-Fi, refreshments, and charging facilities.

Cancellations made more than 36 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations between 36 and 24 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup or no-shows are charged at 100% of the booking value. In the event of a flight cancellation, the full booking amount is charged as the vehicle and chauffeur have been reserved exclusively for you.

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time. For hotel, private address, or trade fair pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included. After the complimentary period, additional waiting time is charged per 15-minute increment based on vehicle class.

Yes, we monitor your flight in real-time. Our chauffeur will be waiting at the arrivals area with a name sign. If your flight arrives early, we adjust accordingly at no extra charge. For delays exceeding 2 hours, we will make every effort to accommodate your transfer. Should the service become unavailable due to scheduling constraints, the full booking amount will be charged as the vehicle and chauffeur were reserved exclusively for you.

Additional stops along your planned route are included at no extra charge. For stops up to 5 km off the planned route, a fee of EUR 20 applies. For greater deviations, the additional distance will be calculated individually. Route changes during the journey are always possible and will be transparently communicated.

Payment guarantee by credit card or deposit is required. The booking amount is debited before the journey. Any additional costs such as extra hours, tolls, parking fees, or waiting charges are not included in the base rate and will be invoiced separately. All prices are calculated from garage to garage. We also offer corporate invoicing with net payment terms upon request.

Yes, child seats are available upon request for EUR 25 per seat. Additional surcharges: Night transfers (22:00-06:00) carry a 20% surcharge, public holidays a 50% surcharge, and New Year's Eve a 100% surcharge. Our chauffeurs speak the local language of their operating region plus fluent English.
