1. Scope of Services
YOURSERVICE24 - FZCO ("YourDriver24", "we", "us") provides premium chauffeur and limousine services across Europe. Our services include airport transfers, corporate travel, VIP transportation, event services, and long-distance transfers. All bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. By placing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- — All bookings require accurate pickup/dropoff locations, date, time, and passenger count
- — We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion
- — Special requests (child seats, specific vehicle models) must be communicated at the time of booking
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT where applicable. All prices are calculated on a garage-to-garage basis.
- — Fixed prices are provided for pre-booked transfers and are not subject to traffic conditions
- — A valid credit card or deposit is required to confirm the booking
- — Payment is debited before the journey commences
- — Additional charges (waiting time, route deviations, surcharges) are invoiced separately
- — Corporate clients may arrange invoicing with net payment terms upon agreement
4. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy follows the hotel principle — once booked, the service is reserved exclusively for you. The following fees apply:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp). The time of receipt determines the applicable fee.
5. Waiting Time

Additional waiting time beyond the free period is charged per 15-minute increment at the applicable rate.
Flight Delays
We monitor flight arrivals in real-time and adjust pickup times accordingly. If a flight is delayed by more than 2 hours and the service becomes unavailable due to scheduling conflicts, the full fare will be charged.

7. Surcharges

Surcharges are applied to the base fare and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
8. Child Seats
Child seats are available upon request at a fee of €25 per seat per journey. Please specify the child's age and weight at the time of booking so we can provide the appropriate seat type. It is the passenger's responsibility to request child seats where legally required.
9. Luggage Allowance
The following luggage limits apply per vehicle class. Excess luggage must be communicated at the time of booking and may require a larger vehicle.

10. Passenger Responsibilities
- — Passengers must behave respectfully and follow the chauffeur's safety instructions
- — Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee of €250 will be charged for violations
- — Pets are permitted on request only. A cleaning fee of €50 applies
- — Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly
- — We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior endangers safety
- — Lost items: We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but assume no liability
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, road closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers during the journey.
12. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with the utmost discretion. Our chauffeurs are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. We do not disclose client identities, travel details, or any information obtained during service provision to third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
